Terms & Conditions
By engaging Eventaira, the client agrees to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, alignment, and smooth execution throughout the planning and execution process.
- A minimum 50% advance payment of the total agreed fee is required to initiate planning, secure dates, and commence work. Services will not begin until the advance is received.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule and prior to the event execution, unless otherwise specified in writing.
- All services provided by Eventaira are bespoke and customized. Any scope defined once confirmed is considered final unless mutually agreed upon in writing.
- Changes to scope, design, timelines, or deliverables may result in revised costs and timelines.
- Eventaira reserves the right to decline, pause, or withdraw services in case of non-payment, delayed payments, or breach of agreed terms.
- The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary permissions required for the event.
- Eventaira is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by third-party vendors, venues, artists, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Intellectual property, including designs, concepts, layouts, and planning documents, remains the property of Eventaira unless otherwise agreed.
- Photography, videography, and event visuals may be used by Eventaira for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing by the client.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
- Engagement with Eventaira signifies acceptance of these terms in full.
Our Refund Policy
At Eventaira, every event is thoughtfully planned and exclusively tailored. Once services are confirmed, time, resources, and creative effort are dedicated solely to your event.
- All booking advances are non-refundable. Once confirmed, planning, resource allocation, and vendor blocking begin immediately.
- In the event of cancellation by the client, no refunds will be applicable for amounts paid. Any work completed or commitments made remain payable.
- Date changes are subject to availability. Paid amounts may be adjusted to a new date at Eventaira’s discretion. Additional costs arising from rescheduling will be borne by the client.
- Payments made to third-party vendors are governed by their respective policies. Eventaira is not responsible for vendor-level refunds.
- In circumstances beyond reasonable control, including government regulations or unforeseen disruptions, refunds are not guaranteed. Wherever feasible, rescheduling support will be offered.
- In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, after applicable charges.
- All decisions related to payments, cancellations, and refunds rest solely with Eventaira and are based on work completed and commitments undertaken.
